How Returns Work
If you are not satisfied with an eligible standard product, you can request a return according to our Returns Policy and applicable consumer rights.
- Contact us before returning your item.
- Products should be unused and in original condition.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed.
- Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
Wrong Item, Wrong Size or Defect
If VELOXGEARS sends the wrong product, produces the wrong size/specification, or the product has a manufacturing defect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
